P-U-R (Production Unique Rebelle) is the brainchild of Cyril Alonzo and Florian Looze who seek out naturally farmed plots throughout Beaujolais, the Rhône, and the Mâcon, attempting to recreate the wines Cyril grew up on at his father's restaurant. What that means is all the wines are vinified in a similar manner: carbonic or semi-carbonic maceration, pressed into cement tank. No oak influence, no added yeast, no enzymes, no sulfur. 100% refreshment. ORGANIC and NATURAL.
