Winemaker Notes

The 2023 Mannequin pours a luminous yellow gold in the glass with free-flowing aromatics of ripe yellow peach, Meyer lemon, butterscotch and crème caramel. Flooding on the palate, notes of crabapple, nectarine and lemon zest present on entry with a seamless transition into the mid-palate rife with freshly baked lemon custard and praline. Vibrant and silky on the finish, the wine closes with a note of beignet and more caramel.
